1991 – The Humble Beginnings
From Backyard to Freeport
Engr. Realito H. Rubia, a young naval architect and marine engineer, started building small boats in his backyard.
Coming from a family of first-generation shipbuilders, his passion for craftsmanship and quality set the foundation for what was to come.
1995 – Expansion to BEPZ Waters
Bataan Economic Processing Zone (BEPZ)
As demand grew, so did the need for space. Engr. Rubia moved operations to a subleased area by the waters of BEPZ, where his team continued refining their craft.
Through hard work and dedication, he soon secured a lease under his own name, establishing a permanent yard.
2008 – Becoming a Corporation
Official SEC Registration
With continued growth, the company formally registered as a corporation under the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
This milestone marked a new era, ensuring structured growth and greater opportunities.
2010 – Adapting to New Opportunities
Transition to Freeport Area of Bataan (FAB)
As BEPZ transitioned into the Freeport Area of Bataan, the company registered as an official FAB locator.
This allowed it to take advantage of tax incentives and strengthen its position in the industry.
